Il vous offre un espace de 178 m2 avec entrée et jardin privatifs :

- 1 entrée spacieuse avec bureau

- 3 chambres (11 m2, 13 m2 et 16 m2)

- 1 chambre de 15 m2 avec sa salle douche/WC attenante

- 1 salle de bains/WC spacieuse

- 1 pièce de rangement et salle de repassage de 12 m2

- 1 cuisine séparée de 13 m2 entièrement équipée 

- 1 espace de vie de 51 m2 avec salon et cheminée d'époque, salle à manger, salon TV avec accès direct sur une terrasse de 20 m2 et un jardin privatif. Cet espace est baigné de lumière et offre une vue imprenable sur les collines et le jardin.

Dans le jardin, un escalier conduit au rez-de-jardin vers les espaces partagés avec les autres voyageurs : 

- la piscine de 12 m x 5 m vous offre un espace où vous détendre avec 2 double-beds et des transats

- le jacuzzi extérieur chauffé à 37° et un bain à remous pour l'été

- l'espace jardin avec boulodrome, coin salon sous une pergola à l'ombre d'un figuier et espace repas

- une salle de billard.

Pour des familles ou des groupes supérieurs à 8 personnes, possibilité de louer en supplément : 

- Chambre familiale d'inspiration Galimard pour 2 à 4 personnes ( voir descriptif de la chambre) sur le rez-de-jardin.

A l'aube, prendre un café sur la terrasse surplombant la piscine avec vue sur une oliveraie centenaire et la campagne.

A tout moment de la journée, se promener dans le jardin ou se prélasser au bord de la piscine, s'octroyer une parenthèse bien-être sous la pergola avec masseuse ou dans le jacuzzi thérapeutique, partir à la découverte d'un environnement luxuriant et apaisant, pratiquer des activités sportives et de plein air à proximité, visiter Grasse, ses monuments et ses musées, découvrir les usines des 3 célèbres parfumeurs, visiter les villages de l'arrière-pays.

Au crépuscule, se détendre entre amis ou en famille autour d'une partie de pétanque en dégustant un verre de rosé et plus tard dans la soirée autour d'une partie de billard ou au bord de la piscine en savourant un limoncello.

Un supplément s'appliquera au prix de la nuitée selon la taille du groupe et le type d'événement (à voir avec l'hôte).

Tout événement non vu avec le propriétaire au moment de la réservation est interdit.

It offers you a space of 138 m2 with private entrance and garden:

- 2 bedrooms (13 m2 and 16 m2)

- 1 spacious bathroom/WC

- 1 storage room and ironing room of 12 m2

- 1 separate kitchen of 13 m2 fully equipped

- 1 living space of 51 m2 with living room and period fireplace, dining room, TV lounge with direct access to a 20 m2 terrace and a private garden. This space is bathed in light and offers breathtaking views of the hills and the garden.

In the garden, a staircase leads to the garden level towards the spaces shared with other travelers:

- the 12 m x 5 m swimming pool offers you a space to relax with 2 double beds and deckchairs

- the outdoor jacuzzi heated to 37° and a hot tub for the summer

- the garden area with bowling alley, lounge area under a pergola in the shade of a fig tree and dining area

- a billiard room.

For families or groups of more than 4 people, possibility of renting at an additional cost:

- Molinard-inspired family suite for 2 to 4 people (see room description) on the same level as the gîte with interior communication.

- Galimard-inspired family room for 2 to 4 people (see room description) on the garden level.

At dusk, relax with friends or family around a game of pétanque while enjoying a glass of rosé and later in the evening around a game of billiards or by the pool enjoying a limoncello.

Any event not discussed with the owner at the time of booking is prohibited.
